Describe the biggest challenge facing our industry today.
Healthcare and its safety are being scrutinized daily in the public domain. So, we must give exhaustive support to our clients and the industry to continuously keep our knowledge scientifically sound and fact-based.
What is a current trend you’re seeing in the industry and how does it impact our clients and patients?
We are seeing a clear shift towards personalized medicines and checkup with biomarkers, which requires clear information transfers to both clients and patients.
What is one lesson you’ve learned in this industry that has most helped you?
Hold on to your goals while remaining flexible and realistic; keep your patience appropriately!
How do you support ProPharma Group’s mission and higher purpose of improving the health and safety of patients?
I ensure the development of safe medicinal products. I interact with a broad range of stakeholders and share my views on development of safe medicinal products, continuously keeping the interest of the end-user, the patient, in mind.
Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.
I am a sports-fan in general and like to go out cycling and hiking. Being outside in nature also brought me a huge appreciation for our earth. So, I am highly interested in initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint and try to contribute where possible.
