Meet Kirsty Bryant, Medical Information Program Manager

What do you do at ProPharma? How does your role support improving the health and safety of patients?

ProPharma has formed a significant part of my professional life, having been with the company for 15 years. My current role of Program Manager in Medical Information entails overseeing the global program, the client relationship and management of the Global Team, supporting one of our largest global clients in Medical Information.

I have been fortunate during my time at ProPharma to have worked in a number of roles, spanning from Medical Information to our other service lines. This has not only allowed me to build connections with colleagues, but also understand how our RCO model can support our clients and their customers.

My role, along with those of my colleagues ensures regulatory expectations are met, strategic business goals are achieved and ultimately the health and safety of patients is improved.

What do you like best about working with clients?

During my fifteen years at ProPharma, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own requirements and business needs. The contacts within these clients whom I have worked with, have helped me to gain further insight into the industry trends and develop my understanding on how we as an organization can best support the needs of our clients.

When working alongside our clients, partnership is at the heart of every step we take, building strong relationships based on trust and collaboration. The knowledge and experience gained across regions and therapy areas has allowed me to see the impact of these partnerships on patients worldwide.

What is a current trend you’re seeing in the industry and how does it impact our clients and patients?

Medical Information staff are on the frontline with customers and are uniquely positioned to gather and share insights to clients, offering meaningful and impactful data to drive change. Within such a dynamic industry, thought leadership is crucial in gathering these insights and providing solutions to optimize program delivery and in some cases support product development.

What is one lesson you’ve learned in this industry that has most helped you?

We are working in an ever-changing industry, with the needs of our clients evolving to meet customer demands, as well as advancements in technology. As such we need to have the ability to rapidly adjust our ways of working to support client and regulatory needs, with innovation and dynamic thinking. This entails fostering great relationships with our clients, engaging and listening to their needs.

Seeing how the industry has changed and how we have adapted to this change over my time at ProPharma has been an incredible journey, not only in the Medical Information space but across all of our service lines.

What value does a client gain by working with ProPharma’s (insert service name) experts?

The understanding that not all clients’ requirements are the same and that there is no one-size-fits-all solution means we are able to build and staff services tailored to clients needs, with the ability to support them in every stage of product lifecycle.

Building strong foundations and establishing governance is key in forging long lasting successful partnerships with our clients.

Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of what we do, maintaining client focus through being solution oriented, driving continuous evolution based on the needs of clients and their customers.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge, allowing us to leverage best practices as the world’s largest RCO.
