About the Webinar
In today’s data-driven R&D landscape, organizations face a deluge of complex, siloed, and incompatible data that hinders innovation and slows progress. This webinar explores how implementing robust data standards and governance frameworks can transform fragmented information into actionable intelligence. Led by experts from ProPharma and CSL Behring, the session will showcase real-world strategies for harmonizing scientific data, enabling AI-readiness, and driving digital transformation across legacy and modern systems.
Attendees will gain insights into building a unified data ecosystem that supports FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), fosters cross-functional collaboration, and sustains long-term innovation. Whether you're grappling with legacy systems or preparing for future integrations, this webinar offers a roadmap to clarity and smarter science.

Baptiste Tauzin
Baptiste has 15+ years experience in data management & workflow digitalization for pharmaceutical R&D. He has worked with small molecules and biotherapeutics workflows from early research to process development. He has been working at CSL Behring for the past 3 years and he sets the highest bar possible for R&D data standards and governance with a focus on ontologies to bring more context, AI and data automation.
Baptiste is currently involved in the PGO project and FAIR for Pharma community with the Pistoia Alliance.
Helen Lucke
Helen has an extensive background over 20 years working within contract research as an analytical lead scientist, moving into a full-time digitalisation project lead role at the same organisation before moving to ProPharma.
Helen has worked across multiple digitalisation projects such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), performing business analysis, vendor selection and stakeholder management, working with clients globally. Helen also leads data modelling and ontology development projects to support digitalisation and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data projects.
