Leading ProPharma’s DEI efforts is Rob Turner, Ph.D. As a Senior Vice President at ProPharma, Rob applies his extensive project management and leadership experience to all facets of the DEI Program. His passion and direction continue to inspire and guide the DEI program and our culture.

Program Committee

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program committee was formed in 2022 with the goal of establishing a more structured foundation for ProPharma’s DEI efforts. The committee at large and its subcommittees meet regularly to assess the state of DEI within ProPharma and develop and deliver on a comprehensive plan to ensure the unique needs of our employees are met.

DEI in Action

Powered by our committee, ProPharma has various offerings to help maintain awareness and engagement around diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and in our larger ecosystem. Examples of this include regular company-wide newsletters, lunch-and-learns, events, trainings, employee engagement groups, and more.
