Arjen Huijs has over 15 years of experience in various financial and strategic functions. Arjen started his career at PwC as an auditor and moved over to Danone where he held a number of financial positions. In his last role at Danone he was CFO of the baby food business in Spain. After his tenure at Danone, Arjen worked for Akzo Nobel where he was responsible for the financial planning of the decorative paints division. Following AkzoNobel, Arjen worked 4 years at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, one of the largest coffee manufactures in the world, where he was group controller and responsible for the transformation after the delisting of Jacobs Douwe Egberts from the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Arjen joined Xendo at the beginning of 2016 as CFO and has been working on further professionalizing the finance team and various acquisitions. Arjen holds a master degree in business economics from the University of Groningen and is a certified auditor.
