André van de Sande is a senior executive with 30 years of Life Sciences experience in both mature and emerging markets in Western and Central Europe, Asia Pacific, and Middle East Africa. He has successfully managed the country and regional teams of up to 1100 employees and a turnover of €350 million with Organon International and Schering-Plough Corporation. André has non-executive and advisory board experience with a.o. Lloyds Pharmacies and as chairman of the Dutch Biotech Association BioFarmind (now HollandBio). André has been leading Xendo since 2011. He holds an MBA degree from Tilburg University in The Netherlands, an MSc in Management from Purdue University in the United States, and also completed the supervisory board member program of Nyenrode University. André is fluent in Dutch, English, and German with a working knowledge of French and Hungarian.
